Try applying for government programs, but there really isn’t much else. Try organizations and churches and see if they offer help.
Not having insurance, whether you’re 20 or 60 is never a good thing. An accident could ALWAYS happen and insurance means you are prepared for it.
Your easiest option would be the debt of medical bills but even that is better than losing your life to a disease. Money isn’t worth a thing if you don’t have your health!

I don’t know where you live or your financial situation. You could apply for Medicare Medicaid and I would start that process now. I would check with your local oncology centers for financial assistance. Ask for the financial counselor. Try US Oncology, they have some programs like that. Hope that helps

Present yourself to the nearest hospital emergency room. Tell them you are from Mexico.
