Insurance?

My wife got rear-ended. there is no damage to the car (visually) only some paint transfer and some of my paint is scratched off. As for underneath the bumper covering, I can’t tell. the lady was honest about how she should handle the situation, and we are not seeking money other than what it takes to clean up the damage. Is it worth it to drag out the situation with the insurance company? How are these things usually handled?

With todays autos and a low speed hit there will not be anything…..BUT … If your worried take the car into a ‘bump’ shop for another estimate of damage….Have them crawl under the back bumper area to check for additional damage.Usually no cost…
